This Cookie Policy explains how Rundown uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser localStorage) on our marketing site rundown.be. Strictly necessary session cookies set inside the Rundown application (app.rundown.be) are covered by our Privacy Policy rather than here. This policy is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the EU ePrivacy Directive as implemented in Belgian law.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. "Similar technologies" include localStorage and sessionStorage, which also store small pieces of data in your browser. We use the word "cookies" below to cover all of these.
Your consent and control
When you first visit rundown.be we show a cookie banner. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the site cannot work without them and, under the ePrivacy rules, they do not require consent. All other categories are switched off by default and are only set if you opt in. Rejecting optional cookies is exactly as easy as accepting them.

Third-party services
Our marketing site loads the IBM Plex Sans web font from Google Fonts. This causes your browser to request font files from Google's servers, which necessarily processes your IP address, but Google Fonts does not set cookies for this purpose. We do not embed third-party advertising or social-media tracking cookies on rundown.be.
When you connect Atlassian Jira inside the Rundown application, that connection is governed by Atlassian's own cookie and privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes to the cookies we use or to comply with legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will ask for your consent again through the cookie banner where required.
